Whiskey Frappé

Frappé Fix

Recipe

Be warned, they're very moreish!

Ingredients

Makes 1-2 Servings

100ml cup of coffee

A measure (25ml) Whiskey or Scotch

50ml Cup Condensed Milk

Few Drops/ 0.25ml Vanilla Essence

1 tsp Caramel Syrup

Cream

Toffee Sauce

Ice

Method

Make a Cup of Coffee using 1tsp of Coffee Granules and Boiling Water. Allow to cool.

Mix in the Whiskey

Add the Condensed Milk

Add a Few Drops of Vanilla Essence

Whisk in 1 tsp Caramel Syrup

Fill with Ice

Mix in a Cocktail Shaker / Stir Well

Top with Cream, either squirty cream or mix icing sugar to whipped double cream.

Top with Toffee Sauce
