Popping Boba Peach Iced Tea Recipe
Poppin' Peach
100ml of black Tea (Assam, Earl Grey or any black tea)
Couple of Drops of/ 0.25ml Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Peach Syrup
50ml Peach Popping Boba
A Peach (Optional)
Ice
Lemon Slice to Garnish
Make a Cup of Tea using a teaspoon of black tea leaves preferably. Alternatively use a quality black tea bag.
Allow to cool. This can be done in a heat proof sealed container in the fridge.
Place popping boba at the base of the glass.
Add Peach Syrup to the tea.
Add Few Drops/ 0.25ml Vanilla Essence to the mixture.
(Optional)
Blend a ripe peach (peeled) in a blender and add to the mixture.
Fill with Ice
Mix in a Cocktail Shaker or Stir well.
Add the tea and ice mixture to the glass with the boba.
Add Lemon Slice to garnish.
Use a boba straw to drink.
